Where we ship

Worldwide. All countries with reliable international parcel service. If checkout doesn’t accept your address, email us at hello@wehatemosquitos.shop and we’ll see if we can route it.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders €60 and up (worldwide).
• €4.99 flat rate on orders under €60.

Shipping times

Standard delivery: 7–14 business days, shipped from our US fulfilment partner. Tracked end-to-end — you get the link the moment your parcel is scanned in.

Times start the day after the order is placed (processing is usually under 24 hours).

Tracking

Every order gets an email with a tracking link the moment the carrier scans the parcel. Lost tracking events for more than 5 business days? Email us and we’ll chase the carrier or reship.

Customs & duties

EU and UK orders ship duty-paid — no surprise fees at delivery. Orders outside the EU/UK may be subject to local customs duties; those are the customer’s responsibility per local law.

Address changes

If you typed the address wrong, email us within 12 hours of placing the order — we can usually intercept before the parcel ships. After that, the carrier owns the redirect.

Lost / damaged

If your parcel arrives damaged or never arrives, we replace or refund — your choice. Just send us a photo of the damage (if any) within 14 days of the tracking-marked delivery date.
