These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wehatemosquitos.shop ("the Site") and any purchase made through it, operated by WeHateMosquitos ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your country of residence, to place an order.

2. Products

We sell pest-control products including UV insect traps, solar bug zappers, and Bti larvicide discs. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith but actual appearance may vary slightly. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated. We accept payment via Shopify Payments, Stripe, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. By submitting payment information you authorise us to charge the amount due.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send the order-confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (fraud, pricing error, stock shortage, restricted destination). Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

5. Shipping

Shipping times, methods and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy: a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. Contact support@wehatemosquitos.shop to start a return.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit it without our written permission.

8. Health and safety claims

Our products are designed to reduce mosquito populations in residential settings. They do not claim to prevent any specific mosquito-borne disease (West Nile, Zika, dengue, chikungunya, malaria). If you live in an area with disease risk, follow CDC, WHO and local public-health guidance. Our Bti products are EPA-registered; always follow product instructions and keep away from food preparation surfaces.

9. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or that interferes with normal operation.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Service are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of any product purchased shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

12. Modifications

We may change these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Latvia, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
